Things happen! Please email us as soon as possible if you have any issues with your delivery.

Do you have latex-free balloons?

Yes! With more and more medical offices, schools, and other businesses going latex-free for allergies and the risk of allergies, we offer several latex-free options! Contact us for a custom quote.

Do you setup the balloons?

All balloon décor installations are professionally installed.

Grab-n-Go balloons come bagged and ready to be hung/installed by the customer.

Will my balloons look exactly like the picture?

Whether you provide an inspiration pic or choose from one of ours, each piece of balloon decor is unique and different. The placement of balloons, the shade of each color, the shape of a garland, etc., may be slightly different than the photo. We always strive to get as close as possible to the inspiration, but we use our creative judgment and expertise to put the balloons together to make them look the best possible.

Do you have backdrops or other non-balloon items?

We have a selection of backdrops that are available for rent with balloon installations only.

We feel it is in the best interest of our business to focus solely on balloons to give you the best experience possible.

We do however have wonderful vendors that we love to refer. If you're looking for backdrops, marquee lighting, event planning services, and more, send us an email and we will send you our preferred vendor list.

What do I do with the balloons once the event is over?

For décor items that require a stand (such as classic arches, circles, frames, walls, etc.) West Michigan Balloons will return at a previously scheduled time to remove the stand, pop, and properly dispose of the balloons.
There is no additional cost for this service.

For décor items that do not require a stand, you are responsible for removing and properly disposing of your items.

If you'd like us to take down your balloons, this is available for a strike fee. The fee is dependent upon location but is generally $30 + delivery fee and must be added at time of booking.

How long should my balloons last?

West Michigan Balloons uses decorator-quality balloons and other high-quality materials to ensure beautiful colors and longevity of our décor.

Indoor Air-filled

Latex and foil air-filled displays should be expected to look nice and fresh for about a week. You'll notice they generally last much longer.

Indoor Helium Latex balloons treated with hi-float, 1-3 days.

Foil balloons generally float for days, if not weeks.

Outdoor Air-filled and Helium
Balloons are unpredictable outdoors and we are unable to offer any guarantee of longevity as exposure to elements such as heat\/cold, wind, etc. affects how the balloons will react.

*We are not responsible for popped or damaged balloons after delivery or pick up.

What is your refund policy?

Due to the nature of our products being single-use balloons + supplies, all orders are non-refundable.

EXCEPTION: If we are unable to complete your order, due to a fault of our own, you will be notified as soon as possible and given a full refund.

West Michigan Balloons cannot be held responsible for inclement weather or any situation that may cause your event to be canceled or postponed.
