Can I pick up my balloons?

Yes! Please see our pick-up and delivery page for detailed information.

Will my balloons look exactly like the picture?

Whether you provide an inspiration pic or choose from one of ours, each piece of balloon decor is unique and different. The placement of balloons, the shade of each color, the shape of a garland, etc., may be slightly different than the photo. We always strive to get as close as possible to the inspiration, but we use our creative judgment and expertise to put the balloons together to make them look the best possible.

How do I know how many feet of garland to order?

Our grab-n-go garlands are 6' and can be made longer by attaching them together, A 6' garland is great for framing a table, adding a touch of color, and is lightweight and very easy to hang.

12' is perfect for framing a backdrop across the top and down one side, or adding to a 6' garland to make it super full. It's up to you!

How many balloons will fit in my vehicle?

Most gift displays will fit in most cars with no passengers.

An SUV/Mini Van or bigger is required to pick up 2+ garlands or multiple products.

Refer to the product listing for specific requirements, if any.

How long should my balloons last?

Latex and foil air-filled displays should be expected to look nice and fresh for about a week. You'll notice they generally last much longer.

Indoor Helium Latex balloons treated with hi-float, 1-3 days.

Foil balloons generally float for days, if not weeks.

Safety Warnings + Smart Balloon Practices

Latex balloons are made from the sap of rubber trees and are 100% biodegradable. Foil balloons are not bio-degradable and should only be disposed of properly. Foil balloons can also be reused.

We encourage all of our clients to follow safe and smart balloon practices. NEVER release balloons into the air. It is a hazard to animals and the environment. Balloon releases are banned in many states for this reason. West Michigan Balloons does not condone balloon releases and will never provide balloons knowingly for this practice.

Foil balloons should NEVER be released as they may conduct electricity and can become entangled in power lines. Always keep foil balloons secured to a weight.

WARNING! Children can choke or suffocate on uninflated or broken balloons. Adult supervision is required. Keep uninflated balloons away from children. Discard broken balloons at once. NEVER put balloons in your mouth. Be aware of any adults or children that may have a latex allergy. Anyone with an allergy should refrain from having contact with any latex balloon structures. NEVER inhale helium from balloons. Helium inhalation can lead to dizziness, loss of consciousness, or other serious injuries.
