About Lisa & The Crew

I’m Lisa, owner and lead designer. Born and raised in Grand Rapids, I spent 20+ years living in New Mexico and Texas, where I ran my first balloon decor business before moving back home to launch West Michigan Balloons (formerly Lakeshore Balloons). When you work with us, you deal directly with me. On setup days, I’m supported by my husband Shawn, my son Lucas, and a trusted event crew for our larger commercial builds.
