If you like our website at westmichiganballoons.com, you're in luck! We've spent over 1000 hours building our website, adding content, and optimizing SEO to help other balloon decorators streamline their business.

When we started 6 years ago, we couldn't find balloon business website resources anywhere and now we have the content. Let us help you get your balloon business website off the ground, it's one thing you shouldn't put off - having a professional website is a must if you want to attract corporate and high-end clientele.

*The website is owned and maintained by YOUR COMPANY. West Michigan Balloons is responsible for a one-time website install of the pages and content listed above. It is your responsibility to update your website as needed, pay for your monthly subscription and renew your domain name each year.  

  • Get Your Balloons

    Pick Up 7 days a week, 9AM-6PM in Norton Shores, MI

    Delivery is scheduled in 2-hour windows from 8AM-6PM / 7 days a week.

  • Refunds

    Due to the nature of our products being single-use balloons all orders are non-refundable.

    EXCEPTION: If we are unable to complete your order, due to a fault of our own, you will be notified as soon as possible and given a full refund.

    NOTICE: If you have a problem with your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

  • Order Changes + Cancellations

    Changes to your order details, date, and pick-up/delivery time may be accommodated based on availability. Order change requests must be at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery/pick-up.

    Grab-n-go + gift display orders may be canceled for a store credit to be used toward a future purchase as long as it is at least 48 hours before the original delivery/pick-up date.

    West Michigan Balloons cannot be held responsible for inclement weather or any situation that may cause your event to be canceled or postponed.

    There will be no refunds given for popped balloons or any damage that may happen after pick-up or delivery.
