The balloons come inflated, bagged, and ready to hang or set up. It's so easy! No experience is necessary. Professional instructions and tips included helping you achieve a stress-free installation.

Do you deliver?
Yes! Our local delivery keeps it simple and hassle-free starting at $19.99.
We deliver Balloon Shop orders to Kent, Muskegon, and Ottawa counties.

Does delivery include setup?
Balloon Shop orders are "grab-n-go" and are delivered fully inflated and bagged. These items will not be un-bagged, hung, or arranged. Detailed instructions will be provided.
Event balloon décor orders are installed by West Michigan Balloons.
How does gift delivery work?
We love to surprise people with gift deliveries! We have something for every occasion or milestone!
Leave a message at checkout and we will include a personalized note with delivery.
Gifts are delivered bagged and handed off to the recipient at the door.
We deliver to residential, businesses, hospitals, schools, restaurants, hotels, and more. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the address provided allows deliveries to that location and that someone will be available to accept the delivery at the scheduled date/time.
Can I pick up my balloons?
Yes! Free pick up is available in Norton Shores, Michigan. (Near Muskegon + Grand Haven)
Balloon Shop orders are available for pick up 7 days a week, 9AM-6PM.
Most displays fit in most vehicles. If an SUV/minivan is required, it will be notated in the product description.

Will the balloons fit in my car?
Most gift displays will fit in most cars with no passengers.
An SUV/Mini Van or bigger is required to pick up larger items.
Refer to the product listing for specific requirements, if any.
What if I have a problem with my order?
Please email us as soon as possible if you have any issues with your delivery.
